Li Jun Li is a Chinese-American actress renowned for her versatile roles across television and film. Born on November 6, 1983, in Shanghai, China, she moved to Bogotá, Colombia, during her early years, where she became fluent in Spanish. Later, her family settled in New York City, where she attended the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, initially majoring in dance before transitioning to acting in college.
Li's professional acting career began in theater, where she notably originated the role of Liat in the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of "South Pacific" at Lincoln Center in 2008.
She then transitioned to television, securing guest roles on various series before landing more prominent parts.
In 2015, Li portrayed Iris Chang in the ABC series "Quantico," followed by the role of Rose Cooper in Fox's "The Exorcist" in 2016. She continued to build her television portfolio with roles such as Jenny Wah in Netflix's "Wu Assassins" in 2019.
