Lorenzo Gangarossa

Biography

Lorenzo Gangarossa is an Italian film and television producer who has been active in the industry since 2006. He studied film production at the Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti in Milan and later earned a master's degree in producing from the National Film and Television School in the United Kingdom. He subsequently held senior production positions, including Head of Cinema and Television at Indiana Production and Head of International Productions at Wildside.

 

 

Gangarossa has worked on a wide range of Italian and international productions, serving as producer, executive producer, and delegate producer. His film credits include Human Capital (2013), Italy in a Day (2014), Poveri ma ricchi (2016), Poveri ma ricchissimi (2017), Pavarotti (2019), Rifkin's Festival (2020), The Eight Mountains (2022), L'immensità (2022), Amanda (2022), There's Still Tomorrow (2023), Finally Dawn (2023), Limonov: The Ballad (2024), Conclave (2024), The Forbidden City (2025), and Life Is Life (2025).

 

 

His television and streaming credits include My Brilliant Friend (2018–2020), I Topi (2018–2020), Romolo + Giuly (2019), Speravo de morì prima (2021), Anna (2021), Bang Bang Baby (2022), and The Good Mothers (2023). He served as co-executive producer on Bang Bang Baby and executive producer on The Good Mothers.

 

 

Among his most notable recent projects are The Eight Mountains, which won the Cannes Film Festival Jury Prize, There's Still Tomorrow, one of Italy's major recent box-office successes, and Conclave, the internationally acclaimed drama directed by Edward Berger.
