Biography
Maggi, hailing from Telangana and Maharashtra, is a multifaceted filmmaker known for his storytelling finesse and visual flair. His journey in the film industry began as an assistant director on the blockbuster Badrinath, directed by V. V. Vinayak, where he had the opportunity to work alongside acclaimed cinematographer Ravi Varman. He later honed his craft further while contributing to the visually grand Ram Leela, directed by the legendary Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Expanding his creative repertoire, Maggi also worked as an additional screenwriter for the Netflix series Rise of Sivagami, collaborating with noted writer Deva Katta and director Praveen Sattaru.
He made his directorial debut with 3 Roses, a web series released on Aha and produced by Allu Aravind. Starring Esha Rebba, Payal Rajput, and Poorna, the series resonated with audiences and became one of the platform’s top-viewed shows.
Currently, Maggi is working on his next project titled Harikatha, serving as the director, screenplay writer, and dialogue writer. Produced by People Media Factory in association with Hotstar, this project further showcases his growing creative vision.
With his blend of technical expertise, engaging storytelling, and passion for cinema, Maggi is steadily establishing himself as one of the promising new voices in Indian filmmaking.
