Mahaakshay Chakraborty
Biography
Mahaakshay Chakraborty, popularly known as Mimoh, is the son of Bollywood icon Mithun Chakraborty. Raised away from the limelight in Ooty, he attended Learner’s Academy in Mumbai, Samrat International School in Coimbatore, and Woodside School in Ooty. He further pursued acting at the New York Film Academy and trained under director Babbar Subhash, known for Disco Dancer.
Acting Career
Mahaakshay made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the film Jimmy, portraying a DJ falsely accused of murder. Despite the film's commercial failure, he continued to pursue acting.
In 2011, he starred in the horror film Haunted - 3D, which became a commercial success and earned him recognition for his performance.
Over the years, Mahaakshay appeared in several films, including Loot (2011), Enemmy (2013), Ishqedarriyaan (2015), and Jogira Sara Ra Ra (2023).
Personal Life
In 2018, Mahaakshay married actress Madalsa Sharma, known for her role in the television series Anupamaa.
Recent Developments
In 2025, Mahaakshay made his debut in Telugu cinema with the film Nenekkadunna, portraying the character Anand. The film is noted for its edge-of-the-seat thriller elements, and Mahaakshay's performance has been highlighted in interviews and promotions.
