Biography
Harmanpreet Singh Dhaliwal, informally referred to as Mani Dhaliwal, is a Punjabi film director, producer, actor, and businessman who is primarily known for his work in the Punjabi film industry.
His breakthrough in the Punjabi industry as an actor as well as producer was in Dulla Bhatti also starring Binnu Dhillon, Aman Hundal, Sardar Sohi, B.N. Sharma, Amar Noorie, Dev Kharoud, Nirmal Rishi, and Malkit Rauni, released June 10th, 2016. The movie was inspired by the story of Dulla Bhatti.
He is producing the super hit film Parahuna, a Punjabi comedy, directed by and starring Kulwinder Billa with Wamiqa Gabbi in a leading role. In new projects, he working on Paani Ch Madhaani a Gippy Grewal and Neeru Bajwa stater movie.
Harmanpreet Singh Dhaliwal was born in Jatt Sikh to a middle-class family in Phillaur, Jalandhar district, Punjab where he completed his formal education. He played cricket and football in his school days.
He graduated from Punjabi University and got his master's from Arya College, Ludhiana. He also runs a chemical business. He established the Football Academy Phillaur for underprivileged children, free of cost.
