Manikandan R. Achari is an Indian actor known primarily for his work in Malayalam cinema and theatre. He made his feature-film debut with Kammatipaadam (2016) and quickly gained recognition for his naturalistic performances.

Manikandan R. Achari was born in 1980 in Thrippunithura, Kerala. Before entering mainstream cinema, he was associated with theatre, which helped develop his acting skills and stage presence.
His breakthrough came with Kammatipaadam (2016), directed by Rajeev Ravi. He portrayed Balan, a character closely connected to the film's central characters. The performance brought him widespread attention and established him as a promising actor in Malayalam cinema.
