Manjeet Kullar, also known as Manjeet Kular, is a renowned Indian actress recognized for her work in films and television. She gained widespread fame for portraying Devi Sati in the 1997 mythological series Om Namah Shivay and her role as Nikki in the Bollywood film Dhadkan (2000).
Career
Manjeet Kullar delivered a memorable performance as Devi Sati in Om Namah Shivay, solidifying her place in Indian television. She has also appeared in numerous Hindi films, including notable titles like Tehkhaana, Dil Ka Kya Kasoor, Dhadkan, Ikke Pe Ikka, Mohabbat Ke Dushman, Mr. Bond, Paandav, Sahiban, and Yalgaar.
Her contribution to Punjabi cinema in the 1990s was significant, with standout performances in films such as Mirza Sahiban, Vairee, Mirza Jatt, Deson Pardeson, Jaildaar, Main Maa Punjab Dee, Pachtawa, and Ishq Nachavye Gali Gali.
In addition to films, she has been part of various TV serials. Her last prominent appearance was in the 2006 hit film Mehndi Wale Hath, where she played the role of a scheming mother-in-law.
Currently, Manjeet Kullar is working on two Punjabi films, one directed by Sham Ralhan and the other by National Award-winning director Balwant Dullat.
