Maximiliano Hernández is an American actor, born on September 12, 1973, in Brooklyn, New York. He began acting in high school and later studied at the Leonard Davis Center for the Performing Arts before developing a career in theater, television, and film.
Hernández gained early recognition through appearances in Law & Order, 24, Numb3rs, The Namesake, Pride & Glory, and Warrior. He later became known for playing FBI Agent Chris Amador in the first season of The Americans.
He is also widely recognized for portraying Agent Jasper Sitwell in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in Thor, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Endgame, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and the Marvel One-Shots The Consultant and Item 47.
