Mekha Rajan
Biography
Mekha Rajan is a versatile actor, voice artist, and accomplished theatre performer from Southern India. She is widely recognized in Tamil Nadu as “Hamam Amma” and has become a familiar face across South India through numerous TV commercials for prominent brands such as Bru, Tanishq, Tata Salt, Amazon, and Maruti Suzuki.
Mekha began her career as a model and was a finalist in Miss India 2000. She transitioned into acting, taking on lead roles in various productions across English, Tamil, and Malayalam films. Most recently, she appeared in the Zee5 Tamil OTT series Anantham.
In addition to acting, Mekha is a talented singer, specializing in Western and Indo-Western fusion music. Passionate about nurturing young talent, she conducts workshops and storytelling sessions for children, helping them explore their creativity and potential.
