Biography

Moises Arias was born on April 18, 1994, in New York City, USA. He is of Colombian descent and grew up in a bilingual household with his brother, actor Mateo Arias. From a young age, Moises showed a strong interest in performance and storytelling. He attended the Barbizon Modeling and Acting School, where he began training for an entertainment career.

Career Beginnings

Arias began his acting career with guest appearances on television shows such as Everybody Hates Chris and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. His natural comedic timing and charisma quickly caught the attention of casting directors.

Breakthrough & Recognition

He gained widespread fame for his role as Rico Suave on the hit Disney Channel series Hannah Montana (2006–2011). As the mischievous and money-minded owner of Rico’s Surf Shop, Arias became one of the show’s most memorable supporting characters.
