Mridul George (born 2 September 1987) is an Indian scriptwriter, author, and filmmaker known for his work in Malayalam cinema. He is recognized for his innovative storytelling, screenwriting, and contributions to fan fiction literature in Malayalam.

Career
Film
Mridul George made his feature film debut as a co-writer with Luca (2019), collaborating with director Arun Bose. He followed this with Mindiyum Paranjum (2023), another co-writing venture with Bose. Beyond feature films, George has directed several short films, including Mattoru Katha (2016), Bhootham Bhaavi Varthamanam (2016), and Talsamayam (2020). Talsamayam was selected for the 13th International Documentary & Short Film Festival of Kerala in the Non-Competition category. He also wrote screenplays for short films such as Njane Kandullu (2016) and Chilappol Daivam (2022).
Literature
Apart from cinema, Mridul George is an accomplished author. His first book, Paathi Murinja Ticketukal (2018), is regarded as the first fan fiction book in Malayalam. In 2025, he published his second book, Fans Talkies, continuing his work in the fan fiction genre through Mankind Literature.
