Mukul Abhyankar
Biography
A versatile artist, Mukul Abhyankar is an Indian director, writer, and producer who is noted for his work in the Hindi TV industry.
Having started his career as an assistant director to Dagmar Kamlah, he made his debut with Heidengeld (1997), and he later made his debut as an independent director with the Hindi TV series Gubbare (1999) he directed two episodes. The series also marked his debut as a writer and producer.
After his debut venture, he later directly mostly TV movies like Gubbare Chandan Ki Chita (1999), Gubbare Hum do Hamare Chaar (2000), and TV series like Jaane Kya Baat Hui (2008), Specials at 10 (2009).
After working in the TV industry for more than 15 years, Mukul directed his maiden feature film Missing (2018), a Hindi thriller starring Manoj Bajpayee, Tabu, and the veteran actor Annu Kapoor.
