Mustafa Qureshi is a renowned Pakistani film actor, primarily known for his work in Punjabi cinema. He began his professional career at Radio Pakistan, Hyderabad, in the early 1960s. His entry into films happened when he visited the set of Aag Ka Darya (1966) and was spotted by cameraman and future director Raza Mir, who convinced him to play a villain in Laakhon Mein Ek (1967). Initially hesitant, Qureshi agreed, marking the start of a remarkable film career.

Qureshi’s film career spans over four decades, with his breakthrough role coming as the iconic villain Noori Nat in Maula Jatt. This role cemented his status as a legendary figure in Pakistani cinema, leading to several similar memorable villainous performances. Some of his notable films include Lakhon Mein Aik, Hong Kong Ke Sholay, Nag Devta, Angaray, Soha Jora, Hitlar, Basanti, Suhagan, Chief Sahib, Mummy, Jeeva, Loha, Shadmani, Aag Hi Aag, Choron Ka Baadshah, and Jeedar.
