Nate Moore
Biography
Nate Moore is an American film producer and longtime Marvel Studios executive known for helping develop and produce some of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s most prominent films and television projects. He worked at Marvel Studios for more than 13 years, contributing to the development of stories based on Marvel comic-book properties.
Early Life and Education
Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He later built his career in film and television development and production, eventually joining Marvel Studios.
Career
At Marvel Studios, Moore became involved in developing screen projects and worked his way into major producing roles. He served as a co-producer on Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and executive producer on Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Black Panther (2018).
His producing credits expanded with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022) and Eternals (2021). Wakanda Forever, in particular, continued the story of the fictional nation of Wakanda following the death of Chadwick Boseman and became one of Moore's major Marvel productions.
Moore also served as an executive producer on the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which continued the stories of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes.
Captain America: Brave New World
Moore was one of the producers of Captain America: Brave New World (2025) alongside Kevin Feige. Directed by Julius Onah and starring Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, the film follows Wilson as he becomes involved in an international crisis and uncovers a dangerous conspiracy.
Later Career
After more than a decade at Marvel Studios, Moore moved toward producing films independently of his executive role at the studio. He has remained connected to major Marvel projects, including Black Panther 3, while expanding his producing work across different genres.
