Biography
Neeraj Udhwani is an Indian screenwriter and film director who began his career in the entertainment industry in 2006. He started as a writer for The Great Indian Comedy Show on Star Plus. His early work also includes writing for television shows such as Webbed on MTV, Yeh Hai Aashiqui on BBC, and Gumrah on Channel V. Udhwani's versatility extended to digital platforms, where he contributed to Inside Edge on Amazon Prime Video and Home on ALTBalaji.
Transition to Filmmaking
In 2011, Udhwani wrote the film Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, marking his debut in the film industry. He continued to build his filmography with Mere Dad Ki Maruti in 2013. His directorial debut came with the Netflix film Maska in 2020, a story that resonated with audiences worldwide.
