Nirmal Palazhi
Biography
Nirmal Palazhi is an Indian Malayalam film actor and mimicry artist from Kozhikode, Kerala. He began his career as a stage performer with the Kozhikode-based comedy troupe Calicut V4U, performing mimicry shows across Kerala. He gained wider recognition through the Malayalam television comedy program Comedy Festival on Mazhavil Manorama.
He made his film debut with Kutteem Kolum (2013), directed by Guinness Pakru. He subsequently appeared in films such as North 24 Kaatham, Salala Mobiles, Puthan Panam, Fukri, Sunday Holiday, Lavakusha, and Diwanji Moola Grand Prix.
Palazhi became particularly recognizable for his comic performances and Kozhikode-style dialogue delivery. His notable roles include Venu in Orayiram Kinakkalal (2018), SI Sugunan in Ira (2018), Kittan in Captain (2018), and Mukesh/Mukeshan in Kakshi: Amminippilla (2019).
His later filmography includes Vellam (2021), Yuvam (2021), Bheemante Vazhi (2021), Sulaikha Manzil (2023), Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna (2023), Vayasethrayaayi? Muppathiee..!! (2024), and Detective Ujjwalan (2025). He has continued to work primarily in Malayalam cinema, often in supporting and comic roles.
