Pallavi Joshi
Biography
Pallavi Joshi was born into a family of stage actors in Mumbai. She began her acting career at the tender age of four with a minor role in the Hindi film Naag Mere Sathi (1973). Over the years, she became a prominent child artist, featuring in films like Aadmi Sadak Ka (1977) and Dada (1979), where she portrayed a blind child who reforms a notorious gangster.
Joshi's filmography spans Hindi, Marathi, and regional cinema. She gained recognition for her performances in parallel cinema during the 1980s and 1990s, with notable films such as:
Rihaee (1988)
Woh Chokri (1992), for which she won the National Film Award – Special Jury Award
The Making of the Mahatma (1995), where she portrayed Kasturba Gandhi

Personal Life
Pallavi Joshi married filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri in 1997, and the couple has two children. She is also the sister of child actor Master Alankar Joshi.
