Born in Tucson, Arizona, United States, Parker Young is the eldest of three children. He graduated from Catalina Foothills High School, where he took theater classes and was the captain of the football team, playing the position of running back. Although he initially planned to attend Pepperdine University to play football, his interest in theatre, which surfaced during his junior year, led him to move to Los Angeles after graduating to pursue an acting career.
He is married to Stephanie Webber, with whom he has two children. The couple married in September 2021 and welcomed their daughter, Jaxon Orion Young, in July 2018.
