Park Sung-woong (박성웅) is a highly respected and incredibly versatile South Korean actor known for his powerful screen presence and ability to effortlessly portray both menacing villains and more complex, nuanced characters. Born on January 9, 1973, Park Sung-woong initially pursued a career in law, graduating with a degree in Law from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. He began his acting career in the late 1990s with minor roles in film and television, gradually building his experience and honing his craft.   

 

 

His breakthrough came with the iconic role of Lee Joong-goo in the critically acclaimed crime thriller film "New World" (2013).
