Parth Bhalerao
Biography
Parth Bhalerao is an Indian child actor known for appearing in Bollywood films. He began his acting career with the Marathi film Upside Down (Khalti Doka Varti Paay). His first Hindi film release was the 2014 Bollywood movie Bhoothnath Returns, in which he starred alongside Amitabh Bachchan and received critical acclaim for his performance.
At the 62nd National Film Awards, Parth received a Special Mention for his performances in Killa and Bhoothnath Returns, praised “for lovable portrayals with rare aplomb of an impish and caring child in both films.” Killa also won the award for Best Feature Film in Marathi.
He lives in Pune and studies at New English School in Ramanbaug. While in Class V, he joined the theatre group led by Ravindra Satpute. In addition to performing in school plays, he also acts in productions by Satpute’s theatre group, Kollage Creations.
