Pronoy Dasgupta
Biography
Pronoy Dasgupta is an editor who primarily works in Bengali movies. He started with the 2015 movie Nirbaak, which Srijit Mukherji directed. He is known for his work in critically acclaimed movies like Anubrato Bhalo Aacho. (2015), Ek Je Chhilo Raja (2018), and The Hacker (2019).
He is closely associated with the director Srijit Mukherji. While working on different projects together, they have been recognized as a remarkable editor-director duo in the industry. His 2019 projects include Gumnaami, based on the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Shahjahan Regency.
