Ravi Raja Pinisetty is a prominent Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter, renowned for his extensive work in Telugu cinema. Born on July 14 in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, he hails from Palakollu and is proficient in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and English. 

He completed his education at Kesari High School in Chennai. Ravi Raja is married to Radha Rani, and they have two sons: Aadhi Pinisetty, a well-known actor in Tamil and Telugu films, and Sathya Prabhas Pinisetty, a film director.

 

 

Career:
Ravi Raja Pinisetty debuted as a director with the film Veerabhadrudu in 1984. Over the years, he has directed approximately 40 films, many of which are remakes of successful Tamil movies. His collaborations with leading actors like Chiranjeevi, Mohan Babu, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and Venkatesh have resulted in several hit films. Notable works include:

Yamudiki Mogudu (1988) – A fantasy drama starring Chiranjeevi.

 

 

Chanti (1992) – A remake of the Tamil film Chinna Thambi, featuring Venkatesh.

Pedarayudu (1995) – A dual-role drama with Mohan Babu, which became an industry hit.

Bangaru Bullodu (1993) – Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna.

 

 

Alludugaaru Vachcharu (1999) – A remake of the Tamil film Pooveli, starring Jagapati Babu.
