Reba Monica John was born on February 4, 1994, in Kochi, Kerala. She hails from a well-educated family and was interested in performing arts from a young age. Reba completed her schooling at St. Teresa's School in Kochi and later graduated with a B.Com from St. Albert's College, Kochi.

Before making her mark in films, Reba worked as a model, and her good looks and screen presence helped her gain a strong following. She also participated in several beauty pageants and earned recognition for her natural poise and elegance.

Reba Monica John made her acting debut in Malayalam cinema with the film "Jacobinte Swargarajyam" (2016), which was directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan.
