Rob Burnett, born September 26, 1983, in Amarillo, Texas, is an American editor, director, and producer known for his work in television. He has contributed to several successful comedy and drama series, including The Office, Upload, and Space Force.
Career
Burnett began building his career in television post-production, working as an assistant editor before taking on editing responsibilities. He worked on The Office, serving as an editor on nine episodes and as an assistant editor on numerous earlier episodes.
He later worked on The Mindy Project, Playing House, and other television productions. His editing experience continued with the science-fiction comedy series Upload, created by Greg Daniels, where he was credited as an editor across multiple seasons.
