Roger Barton

Biography

An American film editor, Roger Barton made his foray into the industry by editing documentaries and television films. He made his breakthrough in 1997 when he was the associate editor of the movie Titanic. 

 

After this, there was no looking back for him, and he went on to work in Gone in 60 Seconds (2000), Pearl Harbor (2001), Ghost Ship (2002), Bad Boys II (2003), The Amityville Horror (2005), Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005) as well as all the five Transformer films. 

 

His other notable editorial credits include World War Z (2013), Terminator Genisys (2015), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017), and Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019).
