Biography
Associated with movies like Chocolate (2007), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (2009), Makeup Man (2011), Run Babby Run (2012), and Chettayees (2012), K R Sachidanandan, fondly called Sachy, was a Malayalam movie writer born in Thrissur, Kerala. He also directed the Malayalam-language romantic-thriller film Anarkali (2015), starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Miya George, Priyal Gor, Biju Menon, Sudev Nair, Kabir Bedi and Samskruthy Shenoy in important roles.
His 2017 credits include the Malayalam thriller Ramaleela (2017). Directed by Gopi Sunder, the movie stars Dileep and Pragya Martin in the lead. His 2020 release included Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Sachy passed away on 18th June 2020.
