Salim Ahmed gained widespread recognition with Abu, Son of Adam (2011), a touching drama about a humble man’s lifelong wish, which received critical acclaim and multiple awards.
He followed this with Kunjananthante Kada (2013), a character-driven drama about a shopkeeper navigating a changing world, highlighting his ability to blend personal stories with broader social themes.
