Samjith Mohammed
Biography
Samjith Mohammed is an accomplished Indian film editor whose career spans over a decade, during which he has headed the editorial department for more than thirty films, primarily in Malayalam cinema. Known for his strong command over narrative rhythm and pacing, he has worked across a wide range of genres, from political thrillers to action dramas and comedies.
Some of his most notable works include the anthology film Kerala Cafe (2009), Puthiya Mugham (2009) starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Lingaa (2014) featuring Rajinikanth, and the Mohanlal-led war drama 1971: Beyond Borders (2017). His recent projects further highlight his versatility, with films such as the comedy-drama Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu (2017), the blockbuster political thriller Lucifer (2019), and the action film Edakkad Battalion 06 (2019).
