Satinder Kassoana, an Indian-Canadian actor and filmmaker, made a powerful entry into cinema with his debut feature Range Road 290. In this intense crime drama, he not only portrayed the antagonist but also took on the roles of writer, director, and editor. The film earned a spot at the prestigious International Film Festival of South Asia, Toronto, North America’s leading South Asian film festival, marking a breakthrough in his career and underscoring his versatility as a storyteller.
