S. Balakrishnan is an Indian music composer who worked primarily in Malayalam cinema. He became particularly known for his work during the late 1980s and 1990s, contributing music to several popular Malayalam films.
He is closely associated with the films of directors Siddique-Lal. Some of his notable music credits include In Harihar Nagar (1990), Godfather (1991), Vietnam Colony (1992), Kabooliwala (1994) and Mannar Mathai Speaking (1995).
