Shouryuv is a promising Indian film director best known for his debut film Hi Nanna. His passion for storytelling began early — he once revealed that he wrote his first story when he was in the sixth grade and decided to become a filmmaker by the seventh. Career
Before becoming a director, Shouryuv worked as an assistant on several films, including Jaguar and Adithya Varma. These early experiences helped him understand the technical and narrative aspects of filmmaking, shaping his approach as a storyteller.
His directorial debut came with Hi Nanna in 2023, starring Nani and Mrunal Thakur. The film explored the touching relationship between a father and his daughter and was praised for its emotional depth, sensitivity, and strong performances. Shouryuv’s storytelling style emphasized emotion over spectacle, making him stand out among new-generation directors.
Following the success of Hi Nanna, he began working on new projects, including another collaboration with Nani for a romantic comedy expected to begin production in 2026.
