Soufiane Guerrab
Biography
Soufiane Guerrab, born on 18 February 1987 in Paris, France, is a French actor known for his work in film and television. He grew up in Rosny-sous-Bois and began pursuing acting at the age of 18, after initially composing music.
Guerrab gained early recognition with the television series Les Beaux Mecs (2011). He subsequently appeared in films such as Dheepan (2015), Patients (2017), School Life (2019), and A Brighter Tomorrow (2021). For his performance as Farid in Patients, he won the Rendez-vous Award for Best Male Newcomer at the Cabourg Film Festival in 2017.
His international breakthrough came with Netflix's Lupin, where he plays Youssef Guédira, a police detective who uses his knowledge of the Arsène Lupin stories to connect Assane Diop's crimes to the legendary gentleman thief.
Guerrab has also appeared in series including The Tunnel, Braquo, Call My Agent!, Spiral, Moloch, and Visions. His later film credits include Les Bois assassins (2024) and Squad 36 (2025).
