Biography
Sujitha is an Indian actress who has worked in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema, as well as television. Born on 12 July 1983 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, she began her career as a child artist and later became a popular television actress.
She made her early film appearances as a child artist in films such as Poovinu Puthiya Poonthennal (1986), Poovizhi Vasalile (1987) and Pasivadi Pranam (1987). She also appeared in the Malayalam films Vaashi, Kaalathinte Sabdham, Vrutham and Nirabhedhangal during this period.
As an adult actress, Sujitha appeared in Malayalam films including Ingane Oru Nilapakshi (2000), Achaneyanenikkishtam (2001), Melvilasam Sariyanu (2003), Malsaram (2003), Kottaram Vaidyan (2004) and Quotation (2004). She has also worked extensively in Tamil and Telugu television serials.
