Biography
Sumit Saxena is an Indian screenwriter and director known for his work in Hindi films and web series. He has worked as a writer on projects including Hamid (2018), Doctor G (2022), and Kaalkoot (2023).
Saxena co-created and directed the crime-drama series Kaalkoot, starring Vijay Varma and Shweta Tripathi. The eight-episode series marked an important step in his career as a director and explored the personal and professional struggles of a police officer.
His other writing credits include Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Lust Stories, Ajeeb Daastaans, and Kesari Chapter 2. He has also received award nominations for his writing, including recognition for Hamid and Doctor G.
