Tom Bernardo
Biography
Tom Bernardo is an American television writer, producer, and executive producer known for his work in crime and drama series. He is particularly associated with the Bosch television universe, where he has contributed as a writer, producer, and creative executive.
Bernardo was part of the creative team behind Bosch: Legacy (2022–2025), serving as a developer, writer, executive producer, and co-showrunner alongside Eric Overmyer. The series continued the story of former LAPD detective Harry Bosch as he began working as a private investigator and joined forces with his former adversary, Honey Chandler.
He also worked on the original Bosch series, which ran from 2014 to 2021. In addition to his production work, Bernardo made a small acting appearance as Agent Nidi in an episode of Bosch.
His other television credits include The Lincoln Lawyer, where he served as a supervising producer. He has also been involved with Bosch: Start of Watch, expanding his contribution to the broader Bosch franchise.
