Tommichan Mulakuppadam
Biography
Tommichan Mulakuppadam, also known as Tomichan Mulakuppadam, is an Indian businessman, film producer, and distributor associated primarily with Malayalam cinema. He founded Mulakuppadam Films and entered film production in 2007 with Flash, starring Mohanlal and Parvathy Thiruvothu.
He went on to produce several successful Malayalam films, including Pokkiri Raja (2010), Four Friends (2010), Kunjaliyan (2012), Pulimurugan (2016), Ramaleela (2017), and Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu (2019).
Mulakuppadam achieved major recognition as the producer of Pulimurugan (2016), directed by Vysakh and starring Mohanlal. The film became a major commercial success and was an important milestone in the history of Malayalam cinema.
He later continued his association with Malayalam film production, including Ottakomban (2025), for which he served as a producer alongside Gokulam Gopalan.
Apart from producing films, Mulakuppadam has occasionally appeared on screen, including appearances in Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu and Irattachankan.
