Uday Gurrala
Biography
Uday Gurrala is an Indian director, writer, and cinematographer associated with Telugu cinema. He made his directorial debut with the rural comedy-drama Mail (2021), which he also wrote and shot.
He later directed an episode of the anthology series Modern Love Hyderabad (2022) and worked as cinematographer on films including 24 Kisses (2018) and Hangman (2025).
Gurrala is known for his grounded visual style and stories rooted in everyday rural and urban life.
