Vibha Chhibber
Biography
A veteran Indian film, TV, and theatre artist, Vibha Chibber is noted for portraying most supporting roles. An alumnus of the prestigious National School of Drama, the actress has worked with several theatre stalwarts like Amal Allana, Barry John, and other playwrights and directors.
Before venturing to TV and films, Vibha mainly worked in theatre and she has been working as a teacher at NSD where she teaches acting to both children and adults. The actress has also been provided to many actresses in Diction and Bollywood like Nargis Fakhri, Diana Penty, and Giselle Monteiro.
The actress is best remembered for her role as Krishnaji in the Indian sports film Chak De! India (2007), has appeared in other popular films like Let`s Dance (2009), Boss (2013), Dolly Ki Doli (2015), and Dhanak (2016). An Indian Telly Award nominee for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Vibha apart from working in films, has also worked extensively in TV.
Some of her notable TV credits include Looteri Dulhan (2011), Humsafar (2014), and Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain (2015). Her 2019 release includes Motichoor Chaknachoor, directed by Debamitra Biswal.
