Tiwari began her acting journey with the television show Ghar Ek Sapnaa (2007), portraying Mritika Chaudhary. Her breakthrough came with the role of Jamuni in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo (2009–2011) on Zee TV, earning her a nomination for the Indian Telly Award for Best Actress in a Negative Role.
