Biography
Vivek Prasanna is an Indian film actor who predominantly features in supporting roles in Tamil movies. He made his debut in the police drama Sethupathi, starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, and received critical praise for his performance in the film.
His next was the action thriller film Maanagaram starring Sundeep Kishan, Sri, and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles, which also went on to receive critical acclaim and became a box office success.
The action film Vikram Vedha, starring R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi, saw Vivek in the role of a gangster, with the movie performing well at the box office. He then went on to feature in the Udhayanidhi Stalin starrer comedy film Podhuvaga Emmanasu Thangam, directed by Thalapathy Prabhu.
His 2017 venture includes the romantic comedy film Meyaadha Maan, under the direction of Rathna Kumar, starring Vivek as one of the leads opposite Priya Bhavani Shankar.
In 2018, he appeared alongside Mottai Rajendran and Thambi Ramaiah in Thambi Ramaiah`s Tamil drama Maniyar Kudumbam. His 2019 release includes Charlie Chaplin 2, Sindhubaadh, and Aame.
