V. Ratra was an Indian film Actor, Cinematographer known for his work in Hindi cinema during the 1950s and 1970s. He produced notable films, including Dev Anand in Goa (Alias Farar) (1955), Kala Pani (1958), and Chhupa Rustam (1973). Best remembered for producing crime and thriller films, he collaborated with leading stars, including Dev Anand, and contributed to several classic Hindi films.
