Zach Dean
Biography
Zach Dean is an American screenwriter known for his work in action, thriller, and science fiction films. Born and raised in the United States, Dean began his career as a teacher before transitioning to screenwriting, where his storytelling talent quickly gained attention in Hollywood.
He gained recognition for his screenplay Deadfall (2012), a crime thriller starring Eric Bana and Olivia Wilde. Dean went on to write The Tomorrow War (2021), a science fiction action film starring Chris Pratt, which showcased his ability to blend large-scale spectacle with emotional storytelling. His other notable works include 24 Hours to Live (2017) and Fast X (2023), part of the Fast & Furious franchise.
