With poor attendance, a lack of discipline and an ineffective education system, Tripathi finds himself struggling to improve the students' academic performance. Things begin to change when Kanchan, an enthusiastic and idealistic newcomer, joins the school with a determination to bring positive changes. Unlike the existing staff, she believes that every student deserves proper education and guidance. However, her efforts to introduce new teaching methods and improve the learning environment are met with resistance from those who are comfortable with the old system. As Kanchan challenges outdated practices, she faces opposition from school authorities, teachers and students who are reluctant to change. Gradually, her determination exposes the deeper problems affecting the institution and raises important questions about education, responsibility and the future of young students. What begins as a personal opportunity for the headmaster eventually becomes a larger struggle to transform the school and give its students a chance at a better future.
