Biography
Adithya Bhaskar is a young Indian actor who works mainly in the Tamil film industry. Born on May 1, 1999, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, he comes from a family deeply connected to cinema. He is the son of veteran Tamil actor and dubbing artist M. S. Bhaskar, whose successful career inspired Adithya’s interest in acting from an early age.
Adithya made his acting debut in 2018 with the critically acclaimed Tamil film 96, where he portrayed the younger version of Vijay Sethupathi’s character, Ram. His natural performance received praise from both audiences and critics and earned him recognition as a promising newcomer in Tamil cinema. The role also earned him the popular nickname “96 Ram.”
Following his debut success, Adithya expanded his acting career by appearing in projects such as Paava Kadhaigal, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, Jigarthanda DoubleX, and Rebel. Through these films, he demonstrated versatility and a willingness to take on varied roles across different genres.
