Janardanan is a veteran Indian actor renowned for his extensive work in Malayalam cinema. Born on 5 July 1948 in Vaikom, Kerala, he developed an early interest in acting and theatre, which eventually led him to the film industry.
He began his acting career in the late 1970s, initially portraying antagonistic roles.
