Thuruppugulan
CBFC: U 2h 28m Action, Comedy 14 Apr, 2006Kunjumon, a determined and street-smart man, steps in to help Menon after his trusted employee, Sreedharan Unnithan, betrays him and gets him imprisoned on false charges. As Unnithan attempts to seize Menon’s five-star hotel, Kunjumon joins forces with Menon’s daughter Lakshmi to expose the conspiracy and restore justice. The story forms the basis of the 2006 Malayalam action-comedy Thuruppugulan, directed by Johny Antony and starring Mammootty as Kunjumon.
