Biography

Sharreth, whose real name is Sujith Vasudevan I, is an acclaimed Indian music director, playback singer, and composer known for his work in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films. He was born on October 3, 1969, in Kollam, Kerala. Deeply passionate about music from a young age, Sharreth trained in classical music under legendary mentors, which helped him build a strong foundation in melody and composition.

Career:
Sharreth began his musical journey in the late 1980s and made his debut as a music director with the Malayalam film Kshanakkathu (1990), directed by Lenin Rajendran. His music soon gained recognition for its soulful melodies and fusion of classical and contemporary styles.

Over the years, Sharreth has composed music for numerous films across South Indian languages and has collaborated with many leading playback singers and lyricists. His compositions are known for their emotional depth, rich orchestration, and blend of traditional Indian ragas with modern arrangements.

Personal Life:
Sharreth is married to Seetha Rajan, a classical musician anthe d daughter of Carnatic vocalist Rajan of the Rajan–Nagendra duo. Their shared love for music has played a major role in his creative journey.
