Sesham
CBFC: U 2h Drama 27 Sep, 2002Meera, a film school student, decides to make a documentary about Lonappan, an inmate of a mental asylum. Feeling sympathy for him, she helps him leave the asylum and tries to help him adjust to a normal life outside. However, Lonappan struggles to fit into society, creating emotional and challenging situations for Meera. This is the storyline of the Malayalam film Sesham (2002), directed by T. K. Rajeev Kumar and starring Jayaram as Lonappan and Geethu Mohandas as Meera.
