A veteran Indian film actor, Sanjay Mishra is known for his work in Hindi cinema and TV industry. An alumnus of the National School of Drama, Sanjay after making his debut with Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India! has been part of several landmark films like Satya (1998), Saathiya (2002), Golmaal Returns (2008), Phas Gaye Re Obama (2010), Jolly LLB (2013), and Ankhon Dekhi (2014) and along the way picked several prestigious awards like Filmfare Award for Best Actor (critics).
The actor noted for his effortless portrayal of different characters, is also a popular face in the TV industry. Although he has played several serious roles in his career, he has also aced comedic roles with utmost panache.
His 2017 release includes Anaarkali of Aarah, a Hindi-language drama directed by Avinash Das, and Guest in London directed by Ashwani Dhir. He is also associated with the 2017 movies Muskurahatein, Mangal Ho, Badshaaho, and Golmaal Again.
